Identification and Prioritization of Tourism Development Strategies Using SWOT, QSPM, and AHP: A Case Study of Changbai Mountain in China

This research was conducted with the objective of identifying and ranking tourism sector development strategies for Changbai Mountain. The SWOT approach used to construct QSPM matrix AHP method were employed rank selected strategies. A questionnaire Delphi technique collect analyze data from forty specialists. effectiveness 16 internal factors 12 external in business region assessed. According results obtained, “Existence beautiful natural features distinctive scenery” is most significant strength Also, “Inadequate amenities weakness infrastructure construction” has been established as weakness. term “Adapting national strategy” among opportunities. Additionally, “islanding phenomenon” one threats. Sixteen plans recommended growth Mountain’s business. On basis internal–external components model, an offensive strategy identified optimal approach.
